49th Circuit Court Of Mecosta County
Twenty Seven year old Robert John Lemson of Big Rapids was sentenced to 90 days in jail for interfering with electronic communications, he received zero days for a domestic violence charge. A habitual offender third offense notice was dismissed and Lemson was given the opportunity to serve six months on a tether in lieu of jail. He will pay $1247.11 in fines and serve 12 months probation.
Nineteen year old Richard Lee Scofield Jr. of Big Rapids pleaded guilty to possession with intent to deliver Marijuana, Scofield will be sentenced on February 2, 2009.
Forty one year old Donald Roy Dumond from Charlotte Michigan pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, this is a third offense for Dumond who will be sentenced on February 2, 2008. In an exchange for Donald Dumond's plea a charge of driving on a restricted license was dismissed.
Nineteen year old Lonnie Lashun Dilworth of Kentwood was in court pleading no contest to one charge of "Third Degree Home Invasion", Dilworth was accused of entering a home on Campus Dr. with out permission and committing an assault. One count of "Police Officer Resisting" and one count of "Fourth Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct" was dismissed in Dilworth's case. According to a court document a sentencing will be held for Lonnie Lashun Dilworth on February 2, 2009.
Twenty seven year old Dean Earl Vaughn of Big Rapids pleaded guilty to one charge of "Fourth Degree Police Officer Fleeing" and one charge of "Operating While Intoxicated" a second offense notice was dismissed and Vaughn will be sentenced on Febuary 2, 2009.
Thirty eight year old Joseph Norman Fisher from Six Lakes pleaded guilty to a third offense charge of "Operating While Intoxicated", Fisher was picked up by police over on 10th Avenue, he will be sentenced on February 9, 2009.
Barryton resident sixty five year old William Eugene Burgess pleaded guilty to a drinking and driving charge "OWI". in an exchange for Burgess's plea charges of "Driving on a Suspended License" were dismissed. He will be sentenced on February 2, 2009.
Forty three year old Bonnie Lee Ovenhouse from Rodney, also known as "Bonnie Lee Regis" and "Tammy James", pleaded guilty to a third offense charge of "Operating While Intoxicated". Charges of "Driving on a Suspended License" were dismissed for Ovenhouse and she will be sentenced on February 21, 2009.
Twenty eight year old Morley resident Justin Joseph Alvarez was sentenced to one year in jail for conspiring to deliver less than 50 grams of cocaine. Alvarez will also serve 36 months probation and have a suspended license for 12 months and pay $620.00 in fines.
