***Lakeview Woman Looses Control - On Tuesday August 19, 2008 - a nineteen year old woman from Lakeview was driving to fast on 5 Mile near 125th Ave., she lost control of her vehicle and crashed.***She was taken to the Mecosta County medical Center and treated for minor injuries.***

 Around 6:30 pm. this evening, Mecosta County Sheriff Deputies were pursuing a motorcycle being driven by a white male about 5' 8" and a 160 lbs with short dark hair. The man crashed the motorcycle on Spruce Rd. near 197th Ave. After the crash the suspect ran off into the woods and got away.

 He was wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans with no shoes. The black 2008 Suzuki he was riding was in fact reported stolen from Montcalm County.

 If you have any info that could help arrest this suspect, please call The Sheriff's Office at 231-592-0150

 Big Rapids Public Safety officers, Reed City State Police and the Osceola County Sheriff's Office K-9 unit help out with the investigation.
