Here’s how to make a basic liquid lip gloss that can be customized by using your choice of flavor oil:

Ingredients for Making Liquid Gloss for Lips

3 ounces sweet almond oil

3 milliliters natural flavor oil of your choice

1.5 ounces liquid vegetable glycerin

12 drops vitamin E

10-12 small roll on bottles designed for liquid lip gloss

2 drops food coloring (optional)

Make liquid gloss for lips: Collect your ingredients

 The first four ingredients can be found at most natural food markets and health food stores. If you local store doesn’t offer these items, there are a variety of online sites that sell them at a reasonable price. The roll on bottles may be more difficult to find locally but a Google search should reveal a variety of sources. Many sites that sell soap making supplies offer roll on bottles for making liquid lip gloss.

Make liquid gloss for lips: Mix ingredients

 Mix the sweet almond oil and your chosen natural flavor with the vitamin E drops in a glass container. Slowly add the liquid glycerin to the almond oil/vitamin E mixture. Stir thoroughly. Some people elect to add food coloring at this point to add a bit of color. If you decide to do this, choose an all natural food coloring product available at most natural food stores.

Make liquid gloss for lips: Fill your bottles.

Fill your roll up bottles carefully with your liquid gloss mixture.
