 At 7:03 a.m. officers respond to Maple and Michigan ave. A 24 year old Big Rapids man smashed into the rear end of a vehicle driven by a 21 year old Barryton woman. No injuries, and the man was issued a ticket for his driving violation.

 At 7:44 a.m. officers report to the Mecosta County Medical Center for a report of An intoxicated 17 year boy with possible frostbite. Officers are still investigating.

 At 11:33 a.m. officers combed the area of city lot #8, for a Teal colored SUV that smashed into a vehicle and left the scene.

 At 1:20 p.m. officers respond to a traffic crash on North State and Bridge St. An 18 year old Il. woman  smacked the rear end of a vehicle driven by a 54 year old Stanwood man. The woman was cited for defective brakes because she was Unable to stop in assured clear distance. EMS checked a passenger
for possible injuries and the passenger refused treatment.

 At 4:53 a.m. officers were called to investigate an intoxicated man in the road in the 100 block of
Baldwin. The 48 year old man was given a ride home for his safety.

 At 1:00 a.m. officers went to the 700 Block of Perry St. and cited a 20 year old Owosso man for a charge of minor in possession of alcohol.

 At 1:05 a.m. officers investigate a suspicious situation in the 200 Block of Baldwin St.

 At 1:12 a.m. officers check the well being of a citizen in the 1100 Block of Fuller.

 At 1:44 a.m. officers respond to a civil dispute in the 400 Block of Ives.

 At 4:03 p.m. officers report to a civil dispute in the 1100 block Fuller.

 At 6:27 p.m. officers are called out to a car accident where a 21 year old man from Wyandotte was turning left from Ferris Dr. onto Perry St. A second vehicle traveling east on Perry St. failed to stop for a red light and smashed into his vehicle. The second vehicle was driven by a 23 year old man from Grant. No injuries were reported, and the 23 year old driver was cited for running the red light.

 At 8:12 p.m. officers investigate a larceny of a tailgate in the 700 block of North State St.

 At 9:20 p.m. officers report to an accident, a 23 year old woman from Whitehall was traveling
east on Perry St, when she failed to stop her vehicle in time, and smacked into a second vehicle that was stopped on Perry at State St. That vehicle was driven by a 30 year old man from Big Rapids. No injuries were reported and the 23 year old woman was given a ticket.

 At 9:20 p.m. officer make a warrant arrest of a 23 year old Big Rapids woman, who was a passenger
in the vehicle involved in the above accident.

 At 10:16 p.m. officers investigate a failure to Pay for gas in the 700 Block of S. State St.

 At 2:38 a.m. officers report to the 700 Block of Perry St. A 20 year old man from Rochester Hills was cited.

 At 12:54 a.m. an area check was performed in the 700 Block of Perry St.

 At 2:30 a.m. a traffic stop in the 700 Block of Perry St. resulted in the arrest of a 30 year old Big Rapids man for operating while intoxicated.

 At 4:31 a.m. officers investigate a malice destruction of property report in the 300 Block of Morrison.

 At 10:13 a.m. officers investigate a malice destruction of property case in the 100 block of Locust. A 20 year old Ann Arbor woman advised officers that the mirror on her vehicle was damaged sometime between Saturday and Sunday, no suspects yet.

 At 1:53 p.m. officers report to a larceny case of a front tire to a vehicle in the 300 block of  Morrison. A 20 year old Sault St Marie woman said that sometime between Saturday and Sunday, someone stoled the passenger side front tire from her vehicle. She advised officers that others in the complex had their vehicles tampered with as well. The Incident remains under investigation. 

 At 3:26 p.m. officers take a report of an accident that took place in the 700 block of Division. Minor damage. Happened the night before.

 At 7:32 p.m. officers report to the 100 block of Madison to investigate a disorderly person.

 At 8:58 p.m. officers are called to investigate a suspicious situation at Parkview Village Apartments.

 At 11:21 p.m. Domestic Assault in the 100 Block of W. Madison. Officers were called to a possible B&E in progress. When they Arrived they found a civil dispute. While gathering personal belongings to leave for the night, a 37 year old Big Rapids man, assaulted his live-in girlfriend in-front of the officers. He was arrested without further incident and charged with Domestic Assault.
