March 23 thru 24 - 2009 - Man Urinates At Big Rapids Car Wash

Monday March 23, 2009

 12:14 p.m. Indecent exposure on Third and Maple. The caller reported that a man came thru the car wash as she was vacuuming her car and urinated. She said, the suspect then left westbound on Maple. Officers were unable to locate the suspect.

 12:44 p.m. a larceny was reported in the 700 block of Division. The caller reported that money was taken out of her purse. During the investigation one of the witness was found to have a warrant. The 29 year old Big Rapids man was lodged at the Mecosta County Jail.

 12:55 p.m. "hit and run" The caller said she was shopping in the 600 block of N. State St. when she came out to find that her vehicle had been smashed into, the offending vehicle took off without identifying self. S/V is identified as white dually Dodge with a blue cap on it..Plate given and there was no record.

 7:34 p.m. a larceny of Kegs was reported taken from the 700 block of Perry.

 8:29 p.m. a noise warning was given in the 1100 block of Fuller.

 11:00 a.m. a Fail to return rental property in the 100 block of N. Michigan was reported.

 1:52 p.m. failure to pay for gas was reported in the 500 block of S. 3rd. The suspect vehicle was a yellow jeep.

 5:17 p.m. a domestic was reported in the 200 block of Ives. Happened 5 days ago. Warrant request will be submitted.

 9:27 p.m. False ID/Minor in possession of alcohol in the 700 block of Perry. A 20 year old Kentwood man was cited.

 5:33 a.m. officers were called to a suspicious situation in the 1800 block of Milton. Caller advised that her child's father was outside knocking on the door and she wanted him to leave. Officer attempted to rectify the situation, however the man half was unhappy with the idea of returning at a more reasonable hour to retrieve his property.
