At 10:41 a.m., officers are called to investigate a retail fraud in the 700 block of Perry Ave.

At 9:20 p.m., officers investigate the larceny of some pop cans in the 400 block of Maple. The suspect was a woman in her 30's with a Tan or orange coat and blue jeans.

At 10:30 p.m., officers report to the 700 block of Perry. A 19 year old from Saginaw was
cited for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

At 11:09 p.m., an officer was sent to a property damage accident in the 1000 block of State St. A
43 year old woman from Muskegon crossed the median and smashed into a vehicle driven
by an 18 year old man from Big Rapids. The woman was cited for Careless Driving, and no
proof of insurance.

At 12:24 a.m., officers were dispatched to a suspicious situation in the 1300 block of Catherine. the complainant advised that a male subject was knocking on her door and peeking in her windows. officers could not locate the subject after doing an area check.

At 1:06 a.m., A 19 year old woman from Rives Junction was cited for being a minor in possession of alcohol in the 700 block of Perry.

At 1:30 a.m., A 19 year old woman from Rockford was cited for being a minor in possession of alcohol in the 700 block of Perry Ave.

At 2:30 a.m., officers were dispatched to a loud noise complaint in the 600 block of Clark St. A 20 year old woman from Fraser MI. was issued a warning and her landlord was advised.

Saturday April 4, 2009

At 6:48 p.m., officers investigate the malicious destruction of property to a vehicle in the 400 block of S. Michigan Ave.

At 11:12 p.m., officers report to an accident where a 17 year old woman from Big Rapids failed to stop at the flashing red light at State St. and smashed into a northbound vehicle that was driven by a 68 year old man from Paris.

At 11:21 p.m., A noise complaint in the 800 Blk of Tioga Park resulted in a noise
warning notice being issued.

At 12:20 a.m., An 18 year old male from Royal Oak was cited for being a minor in possession of alcohol in the 700 block of Perry Ave.

At 12:46 a.m., officers investigate a suspicious situation in the 700 Block of Osceola.

At 1:35 a.m., a noise complaint was reported in the 300 block of Morrison. Two noise warnings were issued.

At 2:34 a.m., officers were called to a suspicous situation in the 200 block of Marion.

At 12:57 p.m., officers investigate the larceny from an auto or found property. Happened at 4:00 a.m. Kenwood am/fm cd, cds, and a vector flashlight.

At 2:30 p.m. officers were called to a domestic in the 600 block of Osceloa. After an investigation, officers are referring the matter to the city attorney for a review.

At 12:51 a.m., officers cite a 19 year old man from Big Rapids for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
