At 8:08 a.m., officers respond to a Minor accident on North State and Pere Marquette. A 47 year old Big Rapids woman made a left turn onto Pere Marquette and was smashed into by a southbound vehicle driven by a 69 year old Paris woman. Minor injuries were reported and a ticket was issued. Officers were assisted by Mecosta County EMS and Big Rapids DPS fire.
At 8:55 a.m., officers assist to Probation or Parole in the 400 block of Division in locating a
27 year old man. Unable to locate.
At 10:18 a.m., officers respond to a complaint of a minor child getting a tattoo without consent of Parent.
At 11:20 a.m., officers report to an accident at Ferris and Perry. A 39 year old Fountain man was on Ferris drive. The light changed to green. He was on a cell phone and backed into a vehicle driven
by a 19 year old Rodney woman. No injuries and ticket issued for improper backing.
At 4:42 p.m., officers report to a trespassing in progress in the 1200 block of Maple.
At 4:48 p.m., officers take a larceny report at the station.
At 5:11 p.m., officer respond to an accident at State and Elm, a 22 year old Big Rapids woman attempted to turn left on to south State from Elm when she was smacked into by a vehicle driven by a 22 year old man from Filion that was driving north on State St. The woman was cited for failing to yield and driving with a suspended license.
At 6:19 p.m., officers took a stray dog to the pound. The report came from the 500 block of Hutchinson.
At 10:25 p.m., officers respond to a noise complaint in the 1300 block of Catherine. A noise
warning notice was issued.
At 11:08 p.m., officers report to a domestic assault in the 700 block of Perry. A 23 year old Big Rapids woman was arrested for the crime.
At 12:38 a.m., officers respond to the 100 block of Chestnut. A 19 year old woman and a 20 year old
man were cited and released for possessing alcohol.
At 12:08 a.m., officers report to a noise complaint in the 1100 block of Fuller.
At 12:52 a.m., officers report to a noise complaint in the 100 block of Oak.
At 1:18 a.m., officers respond to the 700 block of Perry st. A 19 year old Vancouver, WA man was cited for possessing alcohol.
At 12:58 a.m., officers respond to a noise complaint in the 800 block of Osburn Circle. A warning notice was issued.
At 1:33 a.m., officers report to an accident on Perry at State.
At 1:42 a.m., officers take care of a barking dog complaint in Parkview Village.

At 8:27 a.m., AN OFFICER WAS ADVISED OF FOUND PROPERTY NEAR THE MAPLE ST. BRIDGE. A STATUE OF AN ANGEL WAS DISCOVERED ON THE RIVERWALK TRAIL NEAR THE BRIDGE ALONG WITH A GREEN FOLDING LAWN CHAIR.
AT 10:59 A.M., OFFICERS REPORT TO A 2 VEHICLE PERSONAL INJURY ACCIDENT AT S. THIRD AND COLBURN. A VEHICLE DRIVEN BY AN 18 YEAR OLD CHELSEA MAN MADE AN IMPROPER TURN IN FRONT OF a 29 YEAR OLD WOMAN FROM
KALKASKA. The first driver WAS CITED FOR THE VIOLATION.
At 2:28 a.m., officers responded to the 200 block of S Warren. Someone did $450.00 in damage to a handicap railing.
At 4:49 p.m., officers do a civil stand by in the 100 block of S. Third.
At 5:43 p.m., officers respond to a civil matter in the 100 block of W Bridge. A neighbor cut down wrong trees.
At 9:53 p.m., officers take a child abuse report at the Mecosta County Medical Center. Still under investigation.
At 12:12 a.m., officers report to a noise complaint in the 300 block of Morrison. A 22 and 20 year old resident was issued warnings.
At 12:29 a.m., officers report to a noise complaint on Ives and Elm. Unable to locate.
At 12:37 a.m., officers respond to a noise complaint in the 200 block of Woodward. Juveniles yelling at friends. Parents were called and made aware of incident.
At 12:56 a.m., officers cite a 22 year old man from Muskegon for having an open intox on Oak and Warren.
At 2:05 a.m., officers reported to a noise complaint in the 700 block of Osceola. A 27 year old Big Rapids woman was given a written warning.

At 8:53 officers report to the 100 block of S. Michigan to investigate a broken window.
At 10:26 a.m., officers investigate a larceny from a vehicle in the 1000 block of Henderson. All items were found and returned.
At 11:52 a.m., officers investigate the larceny from a vehicle in the 600 block of Bjornson. A Cricket craft engraver was taken.
At 12:30 p.m., officers investigate the larceny from a vehicle in the 600 block of Bjornson. Vehicle entered but nothing taken.
At 1:39 p.m., officers investigate a liquor law violation in Hemlock and north State St.
At 1:19 p.m., officers respond to a Civil/Landlord Assist in the 200 block of north 3rd.
At 2:56 p.m., officers investigate a suspicious in the 500 block of North 4th- storage unit door left open by renter.
At 3:52 p.m., officers investigate the larceny from a vehicle in the 600 block of Bjornson.
At 4:32 p.m., officers investigate a retail fraud complaint in the 100 block of S. Michigan. Suspects left, leaving the items behind. Unable to locate suspects.
At 10:45 p.m., officers report to the 100 block of N Michigan for the larceny of a bicycle. The bike is described as a black Diamond back BMX style bike. It does not have any type of decals on it. It will say Diamondback on the handle bars and the seat. The crank arms will say Red Line in big red letters.
At 2:32 a.m., officers investigate the larceny from a building that was reported in the 500 block of Fuller. Still under investigation.
At 4:51 a.m., officers report to the 700 block of Clark for a harassment complaint.
