Friday October 30, 2009

 7:55 a.m., officers report to Stewart and Linden where a 77-year old Big Rapids woman failed to yield at a stop sign, and was smashed into by a 28-year old Big Rapids woman that was eastbound on Linden. no injuries and a ticket issued.

 8:50 a.m., a Larceny from a Vehicle was reported in the 400 block of N Third St. Wallet and contents were taken.

 11:06 a.m., officers respond to south State and Mill. A 32-year old Stanwood woman was going north on S. State and smacked into another northbound vehicle, that was driven by a 29-year old Vincennes Ind. man. No injuries and a ticket was issued.

 3:19 p.m., officers investigate the larceny of a bike in the 800 block of Country Way.

 3:47 p.m., officers respond to a civil in the 600 block of Finley.

 5:11 p.m., officers report to State and Elm where a 20 year old Lake Leelanau man was cited for failing to yield.

 5:23 p.m., officers investigate a "breaking and entering" in the 600 block of Maple. Wii gaming system and a laptop computer had been taken.

 9:16 p.m., officers report to an accident on State and Bridge. A 48-year old Evart woman was cited for failing to yield.  

 11:54 p.m., officers were on Birch and Cedar, where a 19-year old man from Kentwood and an 18-year old man from Kentwood were both cited for being minor's in possession of alcohol.

Saturday October 31, 2009

 6:27 p.m., officers investigate a suspicious situation in the 800 block of Country Way. Someone messed with the complainants bike over night. Unknown if there is any damage.

 11:17 p.m., two 21-year old men from Kalamazoo and Mantawan were both cited and released for an open intoxicant.

 11:54 p.m., a traffic stop on Fuller near Division resulted in the following subjects being issued minor possession of alcohol tickets: a 20-year old woman from Big Rapids, a 20-year old woman from Holland, and a 20-year old woman from Big Rapids and a 19-year old woman from Bronson.

 12:09 a.m., officers were in the 700 block of Perry st. A 19-year old man from Turner was cited for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

 1:44 a.m., officers were in the 200 block of Oak. A 20-year old man from Montague was cited for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

 1:54 a.m., officers handed out "minor in possession of alcohol" citations in the 200 block of Oak St. to the following subjects: a 19-year old from Dewitt, a 20 year old from Macomb and an 18-year old from Shawamo, WI.

 1:19 a.m., officers investigate an assault in the 700 block of Perry. No charges were wanted.

 1:59 a.m., officers investigate a civil complaint in the 500 block of S. State St.

 2:15 a.m., officers investigate a "breaking and entering" complaint in the 300 block of S. Michigan.

Sunday November 1, 2009

 7:50 a.m., officers make a warrant arrest of a 20 year old woman.

 2:19 p.m., officers investigate a suspicious person report in the 100 block of S. State. Unable to locate.

 2:02 p.m., officers report to a suspicious situation in the 800 block of Madison. Doors of a storage compartment on an electric company truck were open. Per call to the owner of the company, nothing was kept in the truck.

 9:09 p.m., officers look for a suspicious vehicle in the 1200 block of Perry. Unable to locate.
