Monday November 9, 2009

 12:35 p.m., malicious destruction of property in the 100 block of S. Warren. MEEIC  sign was damaged sometime over
weekend.

 12:32 p.m., accident on State and Perry no details at press time.

 4:15 p.m., officers do an area check in the 100 block of S. State St. for subjects yelling at one another.  GOA.

Tuesday November 10, 2009

 9:36 a.m., officers found a bike in the 200 block of Stewart.

 9:34 a.m., officers investigate the larceny of a rapids apartment blue and yellow sign

 2:20 p.m., officers were at a car crash on Michigan and Maple. A 24-year old Big Rapids woman was going east on Maple when a 29-year old Big Rapids woman smashed into the back of her vehicle.

 5:24 p.m., officers handle a "Verbal Domestic" in the 300 block of N State.

 7:53 p.m., officers make a warrant arrest in the 200 block. S. Michigan.

 11:03 p.m., officers do an area check in the 800 block of Watertower.

 1:28 a.m., officers do an assist in the 700 block of Oak.

 4:00 a.m., officers do an area check in the 400 block of S. Michigan.

Wednesday November 11, 2009

 8:10 a.m., officers report to a personal property damage accident in the 800 block of 805 N. State.

 12:15 p.m., officers are on Baldwin St. Arresting a 21 year old Big Rapids man for driving with a suspended license.

 12:53 p.m., officers work on a "domestic" case in the 300 block of N. State St. Officers felt that the witnesses and victim/suspect statements muddied the waters, so they sent a warrant request to the city attorney.

 2:07 p.m., officers  respond  to a disorderly in the 700 block of Perry. A woman there was refusing to leave.

 2:59 p.m., officers respond to a bond release violation in the 700 block of Maple St.

 4:04 p.m., officers investigate the larceny of a "play station" from the the 700 block of Perry. The crime took place the night before and officers used video to make an ID of a suspect. A 17-year old Big Rapids man was later arrested and lodged at the Mecosta County jail. Officers also recovered the stolon Property.

 11:27 p.m., Misd traffic on Marion at Bellevue.

 12:47 a.m., Misd traffic in the 300 block of Ives.

 1:27 a.m., Suspicious situation in the 300 block of Pemberton.

 12:24 p.m., officers investigate a larceny in the 700 block of Osceola.

 1:14 p.m., officers report to an accident on State and Oak A 19-year old woman failed to yield and smashed into a vehicle driven a 22-year old Bellaire man. No injuries and a ticket was issued.

 1:51 p.m., offices investigate a larceny in the 800 block of Watertower.

 2:10 p.m., officers respond to a domestic situation in the 1800 block of Milton.

 4:03 p.m., officers take a report of a hit and run personal property damage accident in City lot 8.

 4:20 p.m., officers handle a threat complaint in the 600 block of Clark.

 11:00 p.m., officers make a traffic stop and ticket a 19-year old Big Rapids man for "violation of restrictions."

 2:17 a.m., officers report to the 200 block of Baldwin for a Fight in Progress. A 21-year old Traverse City man was arrested for being disorderly.
