Wednesday November 25, 2009

 11:42 a.m., officers report to an accident on State and Locust. A 26-year old Bitely man was northbound on S. State when he failed to stop in time and smacked into the rear end of a vehicle driven by a 79-year old Big Rapids man, no injuries were reported and a ticket was issued.

 12:18 p.m., officers are on State north of Elm where a 43-year old Big Raids woman was driving northbound on S. State St. and smashed into the rear of a vehicle driven by a 49-year old Canadian Lakes woman. No injuries were reported and a ticket was issued.

 12:40 p.m., NSF in the 600 block of S. Third.

 12:58 p.m., officers report to State south of Fuller. An 18-year old Oscoda man was northbound on S. State when he smashed the rear of a vehicle driven by a 39-year old Mecosta man. The Mecosta mans vehicle was forced into a vehicle driven by an 18-year old Howard City man, and his vehicle was forced into a vehicle driven by a 19-year old Paris man. No injuries were reported and a ticket was issued.

 3:03 p.m., officers take an aggravated Stalking/Witness intimidation complaint in the 400 block of Elm. 

 11:36 a.m., officers take a malicious destruction of property report in the 600 block of Osceola.

 2:48 a.m., officer respond to a disorderly in the 200 block of S. State st.

 1:12 a.m., officers report to a noise complaint in the 1100 block of Fuller.

 9:18 a.m., officers investigate a shoplifting complaint in the 1200 block of Perry. Still under investigation.
 
 11:16 a.m., officers report to the 500 block of S. Michigan and arrest a 48-year old man for assaulting his daughter.

 10:14 p.m., officers take a B&E report in the 400 block of S. Warren.

 11:42 p.m., officers respond to a civil dispute in the 100 Block of W. Bellevue.

 12:20 a.m., disorderly subjects were reported in the 700 block of Perry st.

 1:12 a.m., officers respond to a barking dog in the 500 block of Rose.

 2:50 a.m., officers respond to a barking dog in the 400 block of Second ave.

 10:49 a.m., officers report to a civil in the 500 block of N. State St.

 12:22 a.m., officers take a retail fraud complaint in the 800 block of N. State.

 11:57 a.m., officers take a B&E report in the 1100 block of Catherine.

 1:48 p.m., officers take a retail fraud complaint in the 1200 block of Perry. 2 Juveniles were cited and released to their parents.

 1:54 p.m., officers respond to the 300 block of S. Stewart and arrest a 23-year old Stanwood man for domestic violence.

 4:30 p.m., officers take a malicious destruction of property report in the 1200 block of Perry.

 10:44 p.m., a noise complaint was reported in the 1100 block of fuller.

 officers take a larceny report of a blow up snow globe from a residence in the 200 block of Second.

 officers take a "Home Invasion" report. The perp walked into a house in the 500 block of Clark sometime between 3:00 a.m., and 8:00 a.m. while tenants and guests were sleeping and took a Compaq laptop computer, 3 purses, and a black air soft pellet gun. There is no orange tip on the pellet gun barrel.
