11:42 a.m., officers report to an accident on State and Locust. A 26-year old Bitely man was northbound on S. State when he failed to stop in time and smacked into the rear end of a vehicle driven by a 79-year old Big Rapids man, no injuries were reported and a ticket was issued.
12:18 p.m., officers are on State north of Elm where a 43-year old Big Raids woman was driving northbound on S. State St. and smashed into the rear of a vehicle driven by a 49-year old Canadian Lakes woman. No injuries were reported and a ticket was issued.
12:40 p.m., NSF in the 600 block of S. Third.
12:58 p.m., officers report to State south of Fuller. An 18-year old Oscoda man was northbound on S. State when he smashed the rear of a vehicle driven by a 39-year old Mecosta man. The Mecosta mans vehicle was forced into a vehicle driven by an 18-year old Howard City man, and his vehicle was forced into a vehicle driven by a 19-year old Paris man. No injuries were reported and a ticket was issued.
3:03 p.m., officers take an aggravated Stalking/Witness intimidation complaint in the 400 block of Elm.
11:36 a.m., officers take a malicious destruction of property report in the 600 block of Osceola.
2:48 a.m., officer respond to a disorderly in the 200 block of S. State st.

officers take a "Home Invasion" report. The perp walked into a house in the 500 block of Clark sometime between 3:00 a.m., and 8:00 a.m. while tenants and guests were sleeping and took a Compaq laptop computer, 3 purses, and a black air soft pellet gun. There is no orange tip on the pellet gun barrel.
