 9:48 a.m., officers investigate a Hit and Run accident. Still under investigation.

 10:38 a.m., officers report to an accident on State and Pere Marquette. A 51-year-old Hersey man changed lanes and smashed into a vehicle driven by a 20-year-old Marion man. No injuries, and ticket was issued.

 12:57 p.m., NSF that occurred in the 900 block of Rose.

 3:09 p.m., officers respond to a Dog at Large complaint in the 400 block of 2nd Ave. A 21-year-old Big Rapids man was cited for Dog at Large.

 4:08 p.m., property damage accident on State and Ferris. officers issue a ticket for an improper turn.

 11:35 p.m., officers investigate an assault case in the 900 block of Maple. It was discovered that a 20-year-old Big Rapids man was assaulted by a 47-year-old Big Rapids man. Officers arrested the suspect and lodged him at the Mecosta County Jail.

 12:24 a.m., officers responded to a noise complaint in the 1100 block of Fuller. A 25-year-old Big Rapids man was issued a written warning.

 1:55 a.m., officers perform an area check for an intoxicated man walking on Perry. UTL

 2:50 a.m., officers report to the 800 block of State St. where a 25-year-old Howell woman lurched her vehicle into a building, then moved it. Officers arrested the woman and lodged her in the Mecosta County Jail for operating while intoxicated.
