 Officers report to a traffic crash on Baldwin and N. 4th. A 21-year-old Lanse, MI man failed to yield
from a private drive and was smashed into by an eastbound vehicle driven by a 57-year-old Boyne Falls
man. No injuries and ticket issued.

 12:12 p.m., officers report to a civil dispute in the 1300 block of Colburn.

 1:13 p.m., officers investigate an accident in the 900 block of S. State.

 3:50 p.m., officers report to the 600 block of oak, to investigate the broken window of a vehicle.

 4:20 p.m., officers investigate a walk-in Bond violation and witness intimidation complaint.

 6:41 p.m., officers solve a walk-in fraud complaint that took place in Osceola County with a credit card that was stolen in Mecosta County.

 7:17 p.m., officers take care of a Conditional Bond Release. 

 10:32 p.m., officers handle a civil complaint in the 700 block of S. State.

 11:14 p.m., officers respond to a Retail Fraud that was reported in the 600 block of N. State St. An unknown subject left with a bottle of alcohol without paying.

 12:05 a.m., officers do an area check for a vehicle parked across lanes of traffic on State near Knollview. GOA.

 12:12 a.m., officers do an area check in the 500 block of Elm for loud walkers. UTL.

 12:48 a.m., officers respond to a disorderly subject in the 700 block of Perry.

 1:36 a.m., officers report to a noise complaint in the 200 block of Warren. A written warning was issued.

 1:37 a.m., officers investigate a missing vehicle in the 100 block of S. Michigan. Vehicle has since been recovered.

 2:18 a.m., officers respond to some disorderly subjects in the 100 block of S. Warren.

 3:02 a.m., officers handle a civil in the 800 block of Watertower.

 3:48 a.m., officers investigate an assault reported in the 600 block of Oak.

 4:49 a.m., officers respond to an unlawful entry call in the 600 block of S. Warren. Subjects left prior to officer arrival.

Saturday January 23, 2010

 2:00 p.m., officers check the well being of a citizen in the 800 block of S State.

 Officers report to the 200 block of Locust where a 22-year-old Frankenmuth man backed into a parked car. He was cited for improper backing.

 5:44 p.m., officers report to a civil in the 700 block of Osceola.

 10:55 p.m., officers report to the scene of a two car accident on State and Fuller. An 18-year-old man failed to stop at State, and crashed into a 19-year-old woman that was turning from state onto Fuller.  The man was cited for the violation. 

11:44 p.m., officers cite two 17-year-old men from Evart for under age drinking in the 700 block of Perry St.

 11:59 p.m., officers do an area check the 1100 block of Fuller for some intoxicated girls walking in
road. GOA

 12:57 a.m., officers do an area check in the 300 block of Morrison for a man and woman arguing in the
parking lot. GOA

 2:17 a.m., officers investigate an assault in the 100 block of S.Michigan. A Chicago man was assaulted by an unknown man in lot #4. Suspect not found. 

 2:52 a.m., officers report to a civil dispute in the 700 block of N. Fourth St.
