1:55 p.m., offices handle an accident on Warren and Oak.
3:40 p.m., officers take a Walk-in complaint. The victim claimed to being harassed on the phone.
4:33 p.m., officers take care of a child custody dispute in the 700 block of Osceola Ave.
6:32 p.m., An attempted retail fraud was reported in the 1200 block of Perry. The suspect was described as an African-American in his late 20's, 5'2 and 140 lbs. wearing dark clothing. He ran from the store after being confronted by the manager. He then dropped the item outside the store and went east. Officers followed his footprints in the snow and lost his trail in a lot behind FIA.
1:28 a.m., officers do an area check near the 300 block Morrison for a possible domestic dispute. UTL.
1:48 a.m., a larceny was reported in the 700 block of Perry. The Victim's jacket was taken by an unknown white man. The suspect removed several items and ditched the coat in a parking lot.

8:03 a.m., a 63-year-old Big Rapids man missed his turn while driving southbound in the 400 block of State ST., he stopped and went in the reverse direction when he was smashed into by a 24-year-old Sears Woman. They both received citations, for improper backing and following to close.
7:40 a.m., officers arrested a 19-year-old Morley man for retail fraud in the 500 block of S. Third St.
7:37 p.m., officers report to the 1800 block of Milton for a loud music complaint. A man was given written warning.
10:28 p.m., officers investigate an "Operating While Intoxicated" subject on Michigan Ave. A 23-year-old Jenison Man was arrested for the crime.
11:01 p.m., officers report to a noise complaint in the 800 block of N. Fourth St. A 28-year-old Big Rapids man was arrested for an outstanding warrant for drugs.
1:33 a.m., officers respond to the 600 block of Oak. A 19-year-old Hastings woman was cited.
2:37 a.m., officers take care of a disorderly subject in the 200 block of Baldwin.
