Weekend Blotters March 19th to the 21st-2010 Officers Respond To A Strong-Arm Robbery In A Big Rapids Alley

 9:00 a.m., officers report to a "Domestic" in the 1800 block of Milton. Still under investigation.

 11:35 a.m., officers respond to an accident on Oak and Warren. A vehicle driven by a 57-year-old man from Crystal was making a U-Turn and smashed into a vehicle driven by a 26-year-old woman from Bay Point.

 11:54 a.m., officers respond to an accident on Perry and Clark. An 85-year-old Big Rapids woman was westbound on Perry, made a lane change and smashed into a vehicle driven by a 21-year-old from Birmingham. The 85-year-old was cited for an unsafe lane change.

 1:30 p.m., officers respond to a "strong-arm" robbery in a Big Rapids alley.

 2:36 p.m., accident on State and Maple. A Vehicle driven by a 24-year-old Big Rapids woman collided with a stopped vehicle at the light that was occupied by a 67-year-old Big Rapids woman.

 Fail to Pay in the 600 block of S. State under investigation.

 9:30 p.m., officers investigate a suspicious situation where a man was observed walking in the 300-block of S. Warren, looking into windows of parked cars. The caller observed the man doing this and followed the man to assist the police with the investigation.

 12:25 a.m., offices make a warrant arrest in the 1100 block of Fuller. A 23-year-old Big Rapids woman was lodged on a Felony.

 2:01 p.m., officers report to a threats complaint in the 1100 block of Fuller. A woman was receiving crank calls. Still under investigation

 6:10 p.m., officers reported to the 1200 block of Perry where a 19-year-old Big Rapids woman was shoplifting. She was stealing from several stores in the 1200 block of Perry. Officers lodged her at county jail.

 7:56 p.m., officers engage a civil disagreement in the 300 block of Morrison. Ex-boyfriend/Girlfriend.

 11:09 p.m., officers handle a Barking dog complaint in the 500 block of Rose.

 11:08 p.m., officers respond to a noise complaint in the 1100 block of Fuller.

 12:24 a.m., officers investigate a loud music complaint in the 300 block of Baldwin.

 12:36 a.m., officers report to a hit and run report in the 600 block of N. State St.

 2:09 a.m., officers handle a disorderly subject in the 100 block of S. Michigan.

 1:59 a.m., officers investigate a suspicious situation in the 400 block of Bjornson.

 2:12 a.m., officers respond to the 600 block of N. State St. where another suspicious situation was reported.

 1:40 a.m., officers report to a barking dog complaint in the 400 block of Marion.

 3:56 p.m., officers respond to a loud music complaint in the 1100 block of Fuller.

 A civil was reported in the 500 block of Ives. The Home owner and renter, who live together, had an argument.

 1:58 a.m., a noise complaint was reported in the 200 block of Ives. Resulted in a noise warning being issued.
