9:34 a.m., officers report to a larceny in the 200 block of N State. A sign was stolen that advertised the special of the day. "Double bacon cheese burgers $1.89."
11:40 a.m., officers investigate an abandoned vehicle on Division and Woodward. A wheel fell off a mans car and he walked off. The 45-year-old Barryton man was found by officers a short time later and arrested for OWI with a blood alcohol of .162.
1:15 p.m., officers take a report of larceny of money from a purse from three days prior. The crime took place in the 100 block of S. Michigan under investigation.
1:50 p.m., officers investigate a hit and run personal property damage accident that took place in the parking lot in the 900 block of S State.
2:27 p.m., officers respond to the 1000 block of Bjornson for a Verbal Domestic. 3rd party caller, mom,
thought daughter was being hit, freaked out, called dispatch. No domestic.
2:58 p.m., officers make a traffic stop on Ferris and Bond Circle. A 26-year-old woman from Big Rapids was stopped and sited for driving with a suspended license.
3:14 p.m., officers respond to the 600 block of south third for the harassment of a new wife by an ex-wife.
6:50 p.m., officers investigate a violation of restrictions. A 16-year-old girl from Stanwood was cited for driving without a license driver - level 1.
11:14 p.m., officers report to a disorderly in the 700 block of Perry. Subjects had left area.
11:59 a.m., officers arrest a 21-year-old Howard City man on State and Perry. He was lodged at MCSD.
3:20 a.m., officer are called to some disorderlys in the 200 block of Morrison (downstairs apt).
3:32 a.m., officers do an area check for someone squeeling tires in the 1100 block of Fuller. UTL

7:20 a.m., A 24-year-old man from Rodney was cited by officers for never registering a vehicle, improper plate, no proof of insurance, and given a verbal warning on window tint.
11:00 a.m., officers make a traffic stop of an aggressive driver. The 19-year-old man from Big Rapids was found to not be in possession of his drivers license or proof of insurance. He was cited for both.
1:30 p.m., officers take a walk-in complaint at the station for the larceny of a 6'x 12' Ferris Fest banner that was hanging up in the walk-way over State St. Occurred sometime during the night.
3:11 p.m., an officer was called to a possible Unlawful drive away of an auto in the 400 block of Division St. The complainant said it might have been taken from Weidman, MI, three weeks ago. Officer advised her to call the proper authorities.
5:50 p.m., a Parole Officer requested an officer in the 700 block of Clark St. to give a parolee a PBT. Results showed the 46-year-old man had been consuming so he was placed under arrest and transported to the Mecosta County Jail for a Parole Violation.
8:00 p.m., Officers were called to a loud party in the 200 block of E. Grand Traverse St. Officers found the party goers enjoying a Bonn fire behind a home on a vacant lot that belonged to the complainant. On scene, officers found a 23-year-old Waterford man urinating along the side of the house and issued him an appearance ticket. Moments later, an 18-year-old Brimley man was found to be a minor in possession of alcohol, he was cited. As officers began to fill out tickets, another subject was found to have an open container in public and despite his protests he too was cited. He was a 22-year-old Branch man. Also observed at the party was three parking violations, trash from the party was in the school parking lot across the street, trespassing, and an illegal burn. The residence was issued a warning in November of 2009 and due to the multiple violations and the prior warning, a 24-year-old walled Lake man was issued an appearance citation for Hosting a Nuisance Party.
10:44 p.m., officers handle a civil dispute (verbal domestic) a 23-year-old woman and a 25-year-old man, both from Big Rapids were both "sick of each others shit." The woman went to stay with her sister for the evening.
11:15 a.m., property damage accident on State and Woodward.
12:07 a.m., officers handle a noise complaint in the 200 block of N. Warren. A 20-year-old and 21-year-old man were issued noise citations.
1:42 a.m., minor in possession in the 700 block of Perry. A 20-year-old Holland woman (18 days from her 21st birthday) was cited and released.
3:21 a.m., Disorderly in the 200 block of N. Warren. Party goers were pushing and shoving while at the party, in doing so 2 windows were broken. Resident didn't believe the subjects intended to break the windows though.

9:34 a.m., officers investigate a B&E in the 700 block of Maple. Suspect (allegedly) broke the front door in between 4 and 9p.m., went inside and took only some pills from inside the residence.
