Kent County Man Faces Child Porn Charges

 Byron Center Michigan - Kent County Sheriff's Department received a tip from Project Flicker that someone on Amberwood West Drive SW. in Byron Center had purchased child pornography on the Internet.

 On January 17, 2008, Kent County Sheriff Deputies and a member of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force found that Benjamin John Korhorn was the person at the address responsible for viewing and purchasing child pornography on the Internet.

 On March 17, 2008 Korhorn was arraigned in the 63rd District Court for two counts of using a computer to commit a crime and two counts of child sexually abusive activity. He is currently being held on a $200,000 bond at the Kent County Correctional Facility.
