Mecosta County Court - Sixty Eight Year old Thomas Arthur Long had a settlement conference, he is being charged with two counts of "Third Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct" with a person between 13 and 15 years of age, both 15 year felonies. The incidents took place between June of 2005 and April of 2006. Long was also charged with one count of "Contributing to the Delinquency of a Miner" showing pornographic videos to miners; a 90 day misdemeanor, and one count of "Child Accosting for Immoral Purposes" a 4 year felony.
