Rodney Man Sentenced For Probation Violations

 Mecosta County - Forty one year old Harold Alan Davy of Rodney was convicted back in 1998 in Isabella County for  assault with intent to commit sexual penetration and malicious destruction of fire or police property.

 In 2007 Davy was convicted in Mecosta County for a felony firearms possession and domestic violence charge, he was found guilty of both counts on 02/20/07 were he received a sentence of 365 day's for the firearms and 93 day's for the charge of domestic violence.

 On 03/24/08 Davy pleaded guilty to one count of failing to register as a sex offender, he was given a sentence of 365 day's in jail and ordered to pay fines in the amount of $1631.15, as an habitual offender Harold Davy was also re-sentenced to three years and two months for violating his probation for the firearms and domestic violence charges.

 He is currently being held at the Charles Egeler Reception And Guidance Center .
