 Thirty-one year old Jacob Wade Freudiger was sentenced to 16-months to 5-years in prison for "unlawful drive away of a motor vehicle." Freudiger will have to pay fines and restitution of $7647.34 and his sentence will run concurrent with the sentence he received from another crime in Newaygo County with several of his co-defendants.

 Thirty-one year old Kelly Thomas Boskovich from Big Rapids was sentenced to 90-days in jail for a charge of "Assault and Battery." Boskovich will have ti pay $603.00 in fines and charges of domestic violence was dismissed at his sentencing.

 Twenty-one year old Jonathan Lawrence Triplett from Big Rapids was sentenced to 42-days and given credit for 42-days in jail, for an "Attempted Assault with a Dangerous Weapon" (chair leg or knife.) Triplett will pay $378.00 in fines and spend 2-years on probation.

 Twenty-five year old Brian Jeffrey Samuels from Big Rapids was sentenced to 60-days in jail for one count of "Fourth Degree Police Officer Fleeing" and one count of "Operating While Intoxicated 2nd Offense." In another case file, Samuels was sentenced to 365-days in jail for a "3rd Offense of  Operating While Intoxicated." Both sentences will run concurrent and Samuels will receive day-to-day jail credit if he successfully completes a treatment program.

 Twenty-five year old Bradley Willis Kitson from Almont MI, pleaded guilty to a charge of "2nd Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct." As part of his plea, remaining charges against Kitson will be dismissed, the prosecutor's office is recommending a 12-month cap on his jail sentence and 5-years of probation. Kitson will be sentenced on January 19, 2010 and he was ordered to stay away from the victim.

 Forty-nine year old Chris Martin from Mecosta pleaded guilty to a "3rd Offense of Operating While Intoxicated." Martin will be sentenced on January 3, 2010.
