49th Circuit Court Of Mecosta County

 Forty-four year old David Grayer from Chicago IL. pleaded guilty to one charge of "Retail Fraud" (stealing from Wal-mart). Grayer will be sentenced on March 18, 2010. Prosecutors are not pursuing a habitual offender charge and are not recommending prison for Grayer.

 Thirty-five year old Quinn Lee Rasmussen from Newaygo pleaded guilty to a 3rd offense of "Operating While Intoxicated." Charges of "Operating - License Suspended/Revoked/Denied" will be dismissed and prosecutors will recommend a 12-month jail cap on Rasmussen's sentence which will take place on February 22, 2010.

 Fifty-three year old Jerome Smyth Ross from Detroit pleaded guilty to "Weapons - Firearms - Possession by Felon." He will be sentenced on February 22, 2010, prosecutors will dismiss an habitual offender notice and recommend a six-month jail cap on Ross's sentence.

 Forty-two year old Kirk Wayne Tacey from Barryton was sentenced to 30-days in jail for "Controlled Substance - Manufacture Marijuana." Tacey will pay fines of $628.00 and spend 2-years on probation.

 Forty-seven year old Troy John Sundell from Paris was sentenced to 4-months and 15-days in jail for a 3rd offense of "Operating While Intoxicated." Sundell will pay $878.00 in fines.
