49th Circuit Court Of Mecosta County
Forty-seven-year-old Maurice Harrington from Big Rapids pleaded guilty to a 3rd offense of "Domestic Violence." Harrington will be sentenced on March 1, 2010.
Eighteen-year-old Dustin Alan Soper from Big Rapids was sentenced to 16-months to 10-years in prison for "Breaking and Entering a Building with Intent." In another case file Soper was given the same sentence for for another charge of "Breaking and Entering with Intent." Both sentences will run concurrent and Soper will owe $3118.70 in fines between both case files.
Fifty-one-year-old Charles Edward Bailey Jr. from Big Rapids Pleaded "no contest" to a charge of 4th degree "Criminal Sexual Conduct." Bailey will have a sentencing on March 1, 2010.
Nineteen-year-old Jamy Lynn Hillsburg from Muskegon was sentenced to 10-months and 15-days for one charge "Identity Theft," and 8-months for "Ephedrine-Possession." Hillsburg will spend 36-months on probation and pay $696.00 in fines.
Forty-five-year-old Joseph Frank Vulpetti from Stanwood pleaded guilty "Manufacturing Marijuana." Prosecutors are recommending a sentence of 13-months to 7-years for Vulpetti who will be sentenced on February 16, 2010.
Forty-nine-year-old Chris Martin from Mecosta was sentenced to 11-days in jail for a 3rd offense of "Operating While Intoxicated." Martin will have to pay $728.00 in fines and spend 3-years on probation.
