Court Reports For The Weeks Of February 1st And February 8th 2010

 Forty-four-year-old Eldora Jean Vallad from Stanwood was sentenced to 11-months in jail for "Controlled Substance-Maintaining a Drug House." In another case file Vallad was sentenced to 11-months for "Witnesses-Bribing/Intimidation/Interfering." Vallad also received 36-months of probation and fines for her crimes.

 Twenty-six-year-old Eric Leonard Kline from Big Rapids was sentenced to 11-months in jail for "Carrying a Dangerous Weapon with Unlawful Intent." (a Knife) Kline will have to pay fines in the amount of $730.95 and spend 12-months on probation.

 Twenty-three-year-old Shannon Marie Lucas from Reed City was sentenced to 5-months and 15-days in jail for possession of less than 25-grams of Cocaine. Lucas will spend 24-months on probation and pay $628.00 in fines.

 Twenty-seven-year-old Kristopher David Hall from Big Rapids was sentenced to 15-days in jail for "Unlawful Use of a Motor Vehicle" and "Operating with a Suspended License." Hall will pay $1236.00 in fines and spend 12-months on probation.

 Twenty-six-year-old Adam Matthew Williams from Flint MI, pleaded guilty to "Breaking and Entering - a Building with Intent" (a storage shed.) Williams must give his truthful testimony against his co-defendants and his jail time will run concurrent with his other case file where he pleaded guilty to "Larceny - $1000.00 or more but less than $20,000.00." (stoled four ATV's that belonged to Lakeside Motor Sports)

Sixty-two-year-old Terry Dale Lintemuth from Big Rapids was sentenced to 1-year and 1-month to 20-years in prison for one count of "Controlled Substance - Delivery of Cocaine Less than 50-grams.

 Twenty-three-year-old Jeffrey James Havvell from Big Rapids pleaded "no contest" to a charge of "Domestic Violence." Havvell might be sentenced on March 8, 2010.

Thirty-three-year-old Jason Michael Haight from Big Rapids was sentenced to 365-days in jail for "Weapons - Firearms - Possession by Felon."
