 Sixty-six-year-old Larry Douglas Reamsma from Morley was sentenced to 45-days in jail for "Controlled Substance - Possess with Intent to Deliver Marijuana." Reamsma will have to pay $378.00 in fines and spend 12-months on probation.

 Seventy-four-year-old John Reuben Degear from Stanwood was sentenced to 2-days in jail for "Attempt Weapons - Firearms - Discharge in or at a Building."

 Twenty-three-year-old Jeffrey James Harvell from Grand Rapids was sentenced to 83-days in jail for "Attempted Assault with a Dangerous Weapon." (Felonious Assault) Harvell will have to pay fines of $1176.14 and spend 12-months on probation.

 Forty-four-year-old David Grayer of Big Rapids was sentenced to 4-months and 15-days in jail for "Retail Fraud - First Degree." (Shoplifting at Wal-Mart) Grayer will spend 3-years on probation and pay $628.00 in fines.

 Thirty-two-year-old Jennifer Jeanne Sprik from Morley was sentenced to 4-months and 15-days in jail for a 3rd offense of "Operating While Intoxicated." Sprik will pay $1526.52 in fines and spend 36-months on probation.

 Twenty-three-year-old Jeffrey James Harvell from Grand Rapids was sentenced to 83-days in jail for a charge of "Domestic Violence." Harvell will have to pay $907.14 in fines.

 Thirty-one-year-old Barbara Ellen Burton from Hersey was sentenced to 4-months and 15-days in jail for a 3rd offense of "Operating While Intoxicated." Burton will pay $1525.64 in fines and spend 36-months on probation.

 Fifty-two-year-old Thomas Joseph Shannon from Mecosta pleaded guilty to a charge of "Controlled Substance - Manufacture Marijuana." For his plea Shannon may avoid jail time and there might be a sentencing for him on April 19, 2010.

Twenty-seven-year-old Keith Allen Brault from Big Rapids was sentenced to 4-months and 15-days in jail for "Failing to Register as a Sex Offender." Brault who has a past conviction of "Criminal Sexual Conduct 2nd Degree,"  will have to pay $328.00 in fines and spend 12-months on probation.
