49th Circuit Court Of Osceola County Michigan
31-year-old Edward Charles Deluge Jr. from Leroy MI appeared in court with his attorney Ms. Booher. While wearing a pair of jail fatigues, he pleaded guilty to a charge of "Larceny In A Building" and a 2nd offense "Habitual Offender Notice," along with some probation violations. In return for his plea, the Prosecutors Office has agreed to dismiss charges of "Motor Vehicle - Unlawful Drive Away," "Snowmobiles - OUIL/UBAL" and a charge of "Domestic Violence." Prosecutors are recommending no more than an 18-month prison sentence for Deluge who might be back in court for a sentencing on March 30th 2012. The Michigan Department of Corrections has reported that Deluge has prior convictions of "Malicious Destruction of Fire or Police Property - Attempt," "Domestic Violence - Aggravated" and "Controlled Substance-Possess Narcotic/Cocaine < 25 Grams" in Kent County, and "Police Officer - Fleeing - Third Degree" in Osceola County.
29-year-old Jacob Daniel Edwards from Cadillac MI was in court pleading guilty to a charge of "Controlled Substance - Delivery/Manufacture Marijuana." Prosecutors are recommending a 45-day cap on his jail sentence that might take place on March 30th, 2012. According to the Michigan Corrections Department, Edwards has a prior conviction of "Controlled Substance-Delivery/Manufacture Marijuana - Conspiracy" in Kent County.

21-year-old Lawrence Earl Gray from Sears MI was sentenced to 7-months in jail for "Attempted Sex Offenders - Failure To Comply With Registration Act." On Friday December 9th, 2011, Gray was granted a sentencing delay, but the sentence handed down this past week was in regards to a violation of the delay. Back in February of 2009 he was convicted of "Criminal Sexual Conduct-3rd Degree" (Person 13-15.) |
