Twenty eight year old Devin Jordan Parrish of Grand Rapids pleaded guilty to delivering more than 50 grams of cocaine, but less than 450 grams. Parrish was sentenced to 3 to 20 years in prison and one count of conspiracy to deliver cocaine 2nd offense was dismissed.

Twenty one year old Nicole Mary Hernandez of Big Rapids pleaded guilty to obtaining a controlled substance by fraud, Hernandez tried to transfer a prescription from an Alma pharmacy to a Big Rapids pharmacy so that she could use the drug rather than the person it was prescribed to. In an exchange for her plea, one count of identity theft was dismissed. Hernandez will be sentenced on December 8, 2008.
Twenty nine year old Luke Edward Marek pleaded guilty to drinking and driving and resisting arrest, while having an alcohol level of 0.08 grams. This is a third offense for Marek, he will be sentenced on January 5, 2009
Michael Joseph Sharrah of White Cloud pleaded guilty to an amended count of conducting criminal enterprises, Sharrah was stealing consumer items such as baby food, braun razors, computer hardware and electronic dog collars from stores like Meijers and selling the stuff on Ebay.
