Oceola Township MI News - A 23-year-old Flint woman is in critical condition after deputies in Livingston County say she was driving with a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit, and caused a three car crash in Oceola Township.
According to a news release, Bobbee Marshall was driving westbound on Orchard Park Boulevard yesterday, around 7:45 p.m., when she ran through the stop sign at Latson Road.
As Marshall drove onto Latson, she was smashed into by a northbound 1997 S-10 pickup truck driven by 52-year-old Michael Chaperon from Howell.
She was then crashed into by a southbound 2011 Kia Sorento driven by 43-year-old Michell Padgett from Canton.
Bobbee Marshall was airlifted by Survival Flight to the University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor as she suffered "life-threatening-injuries" from the crash.
Chaperon and Padgett, along with two passengers from Padgett's vehicle, were treated at the scene for "non-life-threatening injuries," and released.
