Everett Township Woman Dead After House Fire Newaygo County

Everett Township News - Around 9:00 AM this morning, firefighters from White Cloud, Newaygo and Big Prairie responded to a fully engulfed house fire in the 3000 block of Laurel Drive in Everett Township.

When they arrived on the fire scene, they were told that Beatrice Sollars a disabled woman who lived there might be inside.

After extinguishing the fire, they found Sollars' body inside the home. A Michigan State Police Fire Marshall was called in to investigate the fire.

The Newaygo County Sheriff's Office does not believe that the fire is suspicious.
